What can i do for you?

Steve has over 20 years experience in the Fitness Industry offering his unique and fun approach to getting fit.

Steve Offers One 2 One Personal Training and Group Sessions which take the form of an Indoor Bootcamp Combo, which is a simple High Intensity Workout suitable for all levels of fitness.

The class will combine Circuit Training, Aerobic Interval, Cardio, HiTT, Weight and Strength training.

There is a focus at the end on a combination of Core, Abs, Yoga, Pilates and developmental training
