Steve has over 20 years experience in the Fitness Industry, he offers a unique and fun approach to getting fit.

Steve Offers One 2 One Personal Training  in the privacy of his own home, on Victoria Road in Harborne, in his purpose built studio, where he specialises in all aspects of Fitness and Nutrition including newcomers to exercise, Sport Specific Training, Strength, Stretching, Core, Pilates, Yoga, Sports Injury Prevention & Rehabilitation. 

Group sessions take the form of 30 Minute classes on 

Monday @ 6pm

Tuesday @ 6.30pm

Wednesday @ 7pm

The class is a combination of Cardio, Interval, HIIT, Strength, Core & Stretching offering a simple High Intensity Workout suitable for all levels of fitness.
